What This Policy Covers.

This Privacy Policy describes how Hydrate PHX, Inc. ("Hydrate PHX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit hydratephx.org or interact with our organization. We believe in radical transparency, and that includes being upfront about your data.

Effective date: March 2026. We'll update this page if our practices change and note the revision date here.

What We Gather.

Information you provide directly: When you submit a form on our website (contact, volunteer sign-up, sponsorship inquiry, or email subscription), we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, organization (if provided), and message content.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we may collect standard server logs and analytics data, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on site. If we implement analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), they may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this data.

Information we do not collect: We do not collect payment information through this website. If and when we accept donations online, payment processing will be handled by a third-party provider (such as Zeffy) and we will not store your credit card or bank information on our servers.

What We Do With It.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and messages
  • Coordinate volunteer activities and event participation
  • Process and acknowledge sponsorship contributions
  • Send you updates if you subscribe to our email list (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
  • Comply with legal obligations

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. That is a permanent commitment, not a policy that will change when it becomes inconvenient.

Who Else Is Involved.

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

  • Netlify for website hosting and form submissions. When you submit a contact or inquiry form, your submission data is processed and stored on Netlify's servers.
  • Google Fonts for typography (loaded from Google's servers)

We may implement Google Analytics in the future for anonymous website usage data. If enabled, it will be noted here with details on what data is collected.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We select partners who maintain strong privacy practices, but we encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or retargeting services on this website.

Cookies and Tracking.

Our website uses minimal cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track session information. These cookies do not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify you individually.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website will function normally without them.

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Unsubscribe from our email list at any time with one click
  • Opt out of analytics tracking by using browser privacy settings or extensions
